We experienced degraded call routing between approximately 16:38 and 17:15 CEST (14:38–15:15 UTC) on June 1, 2026. During this time, some calls experienced delays of up to 60 seconds before connecting, and some callers were unable to connect at all. The Be My Eyes web client was also intermittently unavailable. The issue has been fully resolved and service has returned to normal. We apologize for the disruption.
