We experienced a period of service degradation on April 14, 2026, affecting some users' ability to connect. The issue began around 19:22 UTC and was resolved by 20:30 UTC (approximately 60-70 minutes). Volunteer calls and some For Work users were impacted. The issue was caused by internal database performance problems and has been resolved. We have applied fixes to prevent recurrence.
